Voted by Ontario Golf Magazine (2002 Edition) as one of Ontario's
64 Hidden Gems, Bear Creek's par 69 golf course will provide a
challenging golf experience to all golfers. Bear Creek prides
itself on warm and friendly customer service and it's no wonder
that it has become a favourite among golfers in the Georgian Bay
area.
 Tangle
Creek
An all bentgrass layout designed by the pre-eminent Ontario
golf course architect, Rene Muylaert. With four sets of tees,
the course will play from 5500 yards for beginners to a challenging
7200 yards from the tips. Rene's vision combines the best characteristics
of the classic "links" style course featuring wind swept
fairways defined by strategic bunkering, mounding, grassy hollows,
and fescues. He then transitions the golf course to a more North
American style of heavily forested holes, immaculate greens, ponds
and environmentally protected areas surrounding the ever present
"Tangle Creek".
 Woodington
Lakes
The Woodington Lake 18 hole championship style golf course
is constructed on over 200 acres nestled amidst the towering pine
trees and secluded rolling terrain of Tottenham. Featuring bent
grass tees, greens and fairways with landing areas guarded by
over seventy (Ohio sand) sand traps, this highly respected golf
facility is meticulously manicured and is widely recognized as
one of Ontario's finest. Woodington Lake follows a modern yet
traditional architectural design with large undulating greens
and many different tee decks. At over 7,000 yards from the tips
(back tees) down to 5,255 yards from the forward tees, it is the
perfect challenge for any caliber of player.
