Nelson Banquet & Conference Centre at the Red Pine Inn is an ideal location for your next banquet or business meeting. We are located away from city distractions and can provide for up to 130 people with audio/visual equipment.

Nelson Banquet & Conference Centre can provide a formal or informal setup for your banquet or business meeting in class room, theatre or horseshoe setup format. Catering prepared on site - custom designed for your coffee breaks, lunches and dinners with one of our many packages. Special meals upon request - i.e. vegetarian, diet plates, lactose intolerant, BBQ's, buffets, table service, etc.

Nelson Banquet & Conference Centre is licensed and we can provide accommodation for you and your staff at the Red Pine Inn, making your business trips or social events a pleasurable experience.

Booking Information
A valid credit card number is required to reserve the date and room of your choice.

Method of Payment
A $700.00 deposit is required upon booking where food is requested.
Fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due 30 days prior to your function.
Full payment is due 10 days prior to your function.
Payments can be made via cheque, money order, cash, debit or credit card.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Hall Confirmation
7 days prior to the function date, the final number of guests must be confirmed and this number is the minimum number of guests to be charged.

An administration fee of $25.00 will be charged for each canceled or rescheduled date.

If decorating and set-up is required for your function, please arrange a suitable time 3 business days in advance.

Nothing is to be attached, in any manner, to the walls of the banquet/conference facility. We will be more than happy to assist with your needs.

All groups are responsible for any damage caused by their delegated or guests.

Prices
All prices quoted for food and beverage are subject to Provincial Sales Tax (8% on nonalcoholic beverages and food items, 10% on alcoholic items), Goods and Services Tax (6%) and a (15%) gratuity charge.

Food, Beverage & Bar Service
Any food and beverage consumed must be purchased from the Red Pine Inn or Nelson Centre. Hotel lobbies and public areas are not licensed for the consumption of alcohol.

Bar service and entertainment must end by 1:00 AM in order to clear the room by 1:30 AM.

SOCAN Fee
Socan music fee will be collected by law on functions with a DJ or Band.
For 1 - 100 guests the fee is $43.60 (inclusive of taxes).
For 101 - 300 guests the fee is $62.72 (inclusive of taxes).

Menu Selection
The Nelson Banquet Centre staff will assist you in choosing the type of menu that will cater to your needs. You may choose buffet or family style of service with a minimum of 30 guests. Your menu choices are appreciated at least one month prior to your function.
